Summer is in full swing here and if you are a mom and especially a boymom like me then I am sure your kids are eating you out of house and home. Why must our kids have to eat more than once a day?! Ha! I kid but seriously, it feels like after I have finish feeding them and cleaning up then it’s time to prep the next meal. Since this is my first summer home with the boys and now working from home, I have been really trying to work smarter and not harder because we much rather spend our days poolside versus inside. Today on the blog, I am sharing one of our favorites and super easy lunch ideas that literally has three ingredients but if your fancy, it could have more. Your kids can basically make it themselves and it cooks in about 15 minutes. Yup, your welcome mamas! Who’s your new bestie?! :)

Easy Pizza Bites

Stonehouse Fire Naan Dippers ( you can use any type of naan bread, we just like the bite size)

Pizza Sauce ( I usually buy the pizza sauce in the cold section at Trader Joe’s )

Mozzarella Cheese

Any additional toppings you want to include — your the boss applesauce!

The directions are pretty simple and I normally lay out all the toppings and sauce and let the boys get creative but you just top your naan dippers with the sauce and all the toppings then put them on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for around 15 minutes or until the bread is nice and brown.

They will come out very hot and the sauce will be extremely hot so be sure to let them cool for a few minutes before you serve them to the kiddos. We normally serve them family style and I normally cut some veggies and fruit to go with it as well. Easy peasy and I promise you that your kids will love them!
